Rilasciata la nuova ubuntu. Non è una LTS, quindi è meglio non installarla sui server.
Da domani la ISO e il CD saranno a disposizione di tutti in SMEA.. Vi terremo aggiornati su come e dove reperirla.

Eccolo! Su [https://gilberto.smea.it/downloads/] trovate l'ISO della nuova Ubuntu 8.10 Desktop per architetture I386. La versione 64bit è un download incompleto(lo si capisce dal fatto che esiste un file con estensione .st): per non stressare la nostra banda, sarà terminato per domani.
Infine trovate il file con gli hash md5 per il controllo di integrità.
P.S. gilberto.smea.it è raggiungibile solo dall'interno della rete Smea!
